Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of eligibility. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of eligibility (Promotion).

The Promotion entitles eligible customers to a saving of $75 for a new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy (Eligible Policy) purchased online through www.koganinsurance.com.au during the Promotion Period. GST and other applicable government fees, duties and charges are applied to the premium after all discounts (including the ‘$75 off First Year Premiums Offer’).
   5. The Promotion is not available with any other offer (including ‘The First Year Kogan Home Insurance Offer’) and does not apply to policy renewals. QBE has the absolute discretion to change or discontinue discounts at any time. If this occurs, it won’t affect any discount already applied to your current policy period.
   6. Customers who purchase their new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy by calling Kogan Insurance directly are not eligible for the Promotion, except in circumstances where the Kogan Insurance website refers a prospective customer to the Kogan Insurance contact centre on 1300 034 888 to provide additional information, or the prospective customer calls the Kogan Insurance contact centre to discuss a quote received online through www.koganinsurance.com.au, then the discount will be applied to the policy quoted if subsequently purchased within the Promotion Period.
   7. A customer may use the Promotion multiple times if multiple new Eligible Policies are purchased during the Promotion Period. However, the Promotion may only be used once for each new Eligible Policy that is purchased during the Promotion Period.
   8. For the purposes of this Promotion, an agreement by a policyholder to enter a periodic instalment plan for a new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy is deemed to constitute the purchase of that policy.
   9. A new Kogan Comprehensive Car Insurance policy must be purchased within the Promotion Period to be eligible for the $75 saving.
   10. Should a customer vary any details on their policy during their period of insurance, any applicable discounts will be recalculated based on the new applicable premium. If a new policy is required to be issued, it will be subject to any discounts on offer at the time of issuing the new policy.
